Who is Motion Path Athletics for?

Children of all abilities who may benefit from individualized, low-pressure instruction and more time to explore movement or recreational sports. We discuss fit with each family before scheduling.

No diagnosis is required to submit an interest form. We focus on each athlete’s interests, strengths, and recreational goals.

Where do sessions take place?

We offer recreational athletic coaching throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. Sessions take place in a local setting agreed upon with each family, based on availability, accessibility, weather, and the athlete’s needs. Local parks and travel options can be discussed when we connect.

What happens after the interest form?

We review your information and contact you to discuss fit, answer questions, and—when appropriate—choose a time and location. Submitting the form is an inquiry, not enrollment or a guaranteed session.

A separate participation waiver, emergency information, and permissions must be completed before participation.

Does a parent or guardian stay?

Yes. A parent or guardian remains present throughout the introductory session. We discuss recommendations and next steps with your family before any commitment.

Is this therapy?

No. Motion Path Athletics provides recreational sports coaching and physical activity instruction. It does not provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace those services.

Care, respect, and clear boundaries.

Your athlete’s comfort and your family’s privacy matter.

Safety & participation

A parent or guardian remains present throughout introductory sessions. Activities are adjusted or stopped if an athlete shows pain, illness, distress, or asks to stop.

Before participating, families should share allergies, medical restrictions, mobility needs, and emergency information directly with Motion Path Athletics. Required safety and permission forms must be complete. Emergency services are contacted when immediate medical attention may be needed.

Motion Path Athletics provides recreational coaching, not medical care or therapy.

Your family’s information

The interest form collects information used to respond, discuss fit, and consider scheduling. Please do not include medical records, detailed diagnoses, insurance information, or other sensitive documents. Necessary safety information is discussed directly before a session.

Submitting the form does not enroll an athlete or guarantee a session. Questions or requests about submitted information may be sent to coach@motionpathathletics.com.
